FBA Inventory Levels
Updates FBA stock quantities for all your ASINs + captures 30-day shipped units
How to get the FBA Inventory Health report (the one you already have!):
- 1Log into Seller Central → top menu: Inventory
- 2Click "FBA Inventory" in the sub-menu
- 3Click the "Inventory Health" tab (near the top of the page)
- 4Click the download icon (⬇ or "Download") — top right of the table
- 5You'll get a .csv file with columns: snapshot-date, sku, fnsku, asin, available, units-shipped-t30…
- 6Upload it below ⬇️ — the dashboard matches by ASIN automatically
This report does double duty: it updates your FBA available quantities AND captures your last 30-day shipped units for sales averages.
Alternative: The "Manage FBA Inventory" download button (Inventory → Manage FBA Inventory → Download) also works fine.

Amazon Sales Data
Imports daily sales figures to populate your sales history & stock calculations
Business Report (Recommended — has daily ASIN data):
- 1Go to Seller Central → top menu: Reports
- 2Click "Business Reports"
- 3In the left panel click "Sales and traffic by ASIN" (under Detail Page Sales...)
- 4Set the date range to the last 90 days (or as far back as you want)
- 5Click "Download" → saves as a .csv file
- 6Upload it below ⬇️
Best option: This gives you daily sales by ASIN which powers your averages, reorder calculations and FBA recommendations.
Orders Report (Alternative):
- 1Go to Seller Central → top menu: Reports
- 2Click "Fulfillment"
- 3Under Amazon Fulfilled Shipments, click "Amazon Fulfilled Shipments"
- 4Set date range, click "Request Report", then download when ready
- 5Upload it below ⬇️

This report has no date column — it covers a single month. Select the month so sales can be recorded correctly.
Re-uploading replaces any existing Amazon data for the selected month — no double-counting.

ShipStation Website Sales (Backfill)
Upload the ShipStation "Items Shipped" report to backfill or correct monthly website sales — useful when the live sync missed historical orders
How to get the report:
- 1In ShipStation go to Reports → Items Shipped
- 2Set the Date Range to the month you want (e.g. 12/1/2025 – 12/31/2025)
- 3Click Run Report, then Export to… → Export to CSV
- 4Select the month below, upload the file ⬇️
Note: This imports the Qty Sold column as website bottles. It replaces any previous upload for the same month — safe to re-upload. The live ShipStation sync continues to handle day-by-day data for recent months.
